Directions:

Whole Dose / 1 oz Mineral Tea Skin & Hair (herb weight)  to 32 oz boiling water (volume)

Half dose / 1/2 oz Mineral Tea Skin & Hair ( herb weight) to 16 oz boiling water (volume)

Pour boiling water o er tea and allow to sit for 1-2 hours. Strain and add honey if desired.
